focus on that one in your body, (that wants to... is broadcasting from that place) and see if you can notice where it is located In or around your body. Where do you notice it?
2&3 FOCUS & FLESH OUT (often skipped)
- Is it possible to get closer, turn toward him more? How close can you get now.
- Do you see this part in there or do you just sense it?
- IF Yes! - how does it look?
- IF No! - how do you experience it? What is that like?
- Can you deepen your access to the part?
- Turn your attention inside
- How are you aware of it?
4. FEEL TOWARD: As you notice it there in your x, ๐ก how do you feel toward that part of you?
- IF non-Answer (example - "I dont want X"):
- "Ok, well given that you dont want x, how do you feel towards"
Ask this second part if it is willing to give you some space so we can talk to the target part.
